Register Products
Products can be imported into the system in bulk using Excel or CSV file formats, allowing efficient registration of multiple product records at once. Alternatively, users can manually create products within the system by following the navigation path below:
Go to Inventory → Products → Products
After selecting this menu, the system displays the product management interface, where existing products are listed and product-related information is managed. From this page, the sales admin can create new product records, review existing products, and maintain accurate product information required for inventory and operational processes.

Upon accessing the Products page, the user may click the “New” button to create a new product record or select any existing product to review or update its details.
When the “New” button is clicked, the system opens the product creation form. This interface allows the sales admin to enter and configure all necessary product information, including product name, category, type, sales and purchase details, and inventory-related settings. After completing the required fields, the product can be saved and registered in the system for use in transactions and inventory management.

In the product creation form, the User shall enter the required product details in the respective fields provided. These include:
· Product Name
· Product Type
· Sales Price and Sales Tax
· Internal Reference and Product Category
· Harmonization Code (if applicable)
After completing all mandatory and relevant information, the product record is saved in the system. This ensures proper product identification, accurate pricing configuration, and correct classification for inventory management, sales operations, and reporting within the system.
Once the setup of taxes and units of measurement is completed, and products and customers have been successfully registered, the sales admin can proceed with the invoicing process. This confirms that all required master data is properly configured, enabling accurate billing, correct tax application, and efficient transaction processing in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
